Hi there,
I wonder if anyone has the same issue as I have with the Forecast feature, the graph that appears if you click on the Central Dial once you are into a sub account.
I get paid my wage every single month since years (in NL is the 23rd .. unless weekends) and my wage increased a bit.. but mainly remained stable for a long time (more than a year). I have mostly the same expenses via Direct Debit or scheduled payments.
The Graph forecast seems to ignore all these information and just rises to an amount which is not equal by any means to my wage around the 25th of any month. Also the forecast "Based on your current behavior, you'll easily make the end of the month with XXXXX on your account" does not make any sense as looks like it does not consider at all the fixed monthly income by wage.
I guess the AI behind this feature is quite weak or does not get all the data feeds it needs to produce valuable results.
I open tickets in the past and they got closed reporting that a bug had been passed to Development and also got confirmation bug was fixed but I did not notice any difference.
Apart from being a cool feature with a nice graphic lay out.... unfortunately it is currently useless.
Hopefully if anyone else gets this issue it can be looked at seriously and fixed... I always hoped it would have happened in the next release... but nope.
By comparison, ING has the same feature and really worked perfectly (I do not use ING anymore).
Thank you for attention.
