Good afternoon
I try to open an bank account in banq, everything goes well, I send all documents that they requested, but my account is still on demo version. I try to verify this by the last stage, but nothings work. I also try to communicate with customer service and Ask what I can do, but I can only record a message to mailbox. Bot said that they will call me back around 10 minutes, but im waiting for more than hour and still no response.

    First of all, if you created an account you indeed have to be verified. After you sent a picture of your ID card, recorded a video, and sent additional documents, bunq has to verify your account manually. This takes anywhere between 5 days and 2 weeks. In the meantime, your account stays in the demo version. Be patient! You'll receive a notification when your account is verified.

    Bunq support isn't available by phone, you contact them via the in-app support chat. Bunq will never call you. Bunq support often replies within a few hours, but sometimes - when it's busy - it can take a few days.

      i have had the same problem, i got stuck in a verification loop where they still need more documents, but i can’t upload them anywhere. they told me to wait till the next update of the bunq app where this bug hopefully will be solved :)

        @New-Mandarin-Frog-3654510352#253986 Hi! I have the same problem. I don't understand how to upload another document as the first one was rejected because was made of paper. That's so annoying!

          i have problem with adding money when i try to add money they app says we sent email to you email address but i don’t receive any email i tried to with deferent email but it doesn’t sent any verification code to my email

                I’m having massieve difficulties getting verified. I uploaded several documents to verify my address, but they keep rejecting it. They al are within the limits they state in the message, but for some reason it doesn’t work. I’m not getting any further with the helpdesk/AI chat… They keep going in circles. Very poor service!!
                I would like to get the verification over with. Anyone info about how to proceed?
