I've reviewed the ticket you have open with support and am happy to let you know that you have indeed received the payments sent via Shared Payment Request. While these may not have shown in your Transaction Overview, you can verify their receipt by downloading a statement for you Bank Account. This will give you a definitive overview of all incoming and outgoing transactions on your account!
