  • Reopen bunq card again after a year

Hello!
Is it possible if I reopen my old maestro debit card again?
It’s been like a year when I closed my account but I still have my physical bunq maestro debit but it’s not active anymore.
And the bunq have already my data information.

Also, my old bunq maestro debit was with easy green which is too expensive.
If I reopen my old bunq maestro debit, can I also change my plan from easy green to easy bank?
By the way my old bunq maestro debit expiration is still up to 3 years.
I also already message bunq customer support but I wanted also to post here on the community and hopefully I have the same situation.

    Yes, you can always change your plan at bunq. Check out https://www.bunq.com/benefits for an overview over the available plans. The cheapest plan that includes 1 card and 1 bank account would be "Easy Bank" for 2.99 Euros/month.

          The reason, i accidentally choosed easy green and didn’t know any knowledge about bunq.

            So I’m not sure how as I said my maestro debit was closed more than a year and I don’t know how to use it again.

              And it shows that I need to order a ‘ new card’ when I have my old Maestro account so imma bit confused

                @New-Fuchsia-Hare-501843789#256226 Did you use the same login information as last year? You have to use the same phone number/e-mail address, otherwise your old account won't be able to get located.

                Bastian linked you this page: https://together.bunq.com/d/24392 It states that "Your cards get reactivated automatically." (one of your questions) and "You get the same plan that you had before." (but of course you can always change plans at bunq at any point in time). One year shouldn't be an issue, that's not so long.

                If it doesn't work as expected for you, then bunq support can help you.

                            @thijsoost#256253 Thanks for sharing, I can see that Poland isn’t included in the list, but again its say if its not included you can used your resident permit or drivers license to open up an account but I can’t and I don’t know why? But I’ll keep trying. Thanks for sharing once more.

                              @New-Blue-Ape-1774603025#256254 Poland isn't included because bunq isn't operating in Poland. If you have a resident permit from a country that's accepted or any other valid form of identification from this country + an address, you can open an account.
