Suha I don’t see where my tone was „aggressive“. I even expressed that I can understand your frustration. I read your thread also with interest but personally it is as I said: I don’t think it’s helpful to post every few days the same status report. If you like so, do it. I didn’t delete your comment or thread, just expressed my opinion. As you said: that’s what the community is for. I also posted my experience with the investment feature. As you see, there are different experiences and as it’s in beta it is obviously that there will be bugs. Sad that you are one of the users experiencing one, but if you are patient and contact support they will probably solve your issue even if it takes time, because I personally never had a ticket closed or not solved by support :)
