Suha I had to do it through support. But the support kept saying „we are working on it“ and just closing the ticket after a few days. It required leaving a couple of 1 Star Reviews and frustrated messages for someone to finally promise me to keep the ticket opened until the issue (payout) has been processed

I made a withdrawal about one week ago. My assets have now been sold apparently and I expect the money to arrive soon into my account. Apparently currently Birdee takes around 8 business days to process payouts according to support, which would match the speed I could observe myself.

Suha I can understand your frustration but posting here every few days an update that you didn’t receive the money isn’t really helpful, except for your own conscience. Maybe just post an update when you received the money and how long it took, probably that’s what’s interesting for others at most. Personally my investments never took more than 7 days and payouts about +|- 10 days.

This has been in Beta for a while and I’ve also dealt with a lot of the problems described. As a result I’ve stopped using the feature and have moved back to Semmie where I did my investing before. Bunq should have had a more stable version to launch. It was a nice headline but I feel like not much effort has been done to get out of bèta. It’s just as bad as it was on launch day.

Markus Well, it helps getting some attention since support literally kept sending automated responses over and over again and now the title of this post has changed and somebody removed the original title I put :) I think it gives people who might want to try the feature a clear process log that they can actually see this is not a beta but more an alpha. But alright, I will post an update when I receive it if I ever do receive it. If support was a bit more helpful and not close my tickets, I wouldn’t even create this post in the first place.

Suha a) I changed the title, because I wanted users to see what the thread is about. It may be your personal „nightmare“ but core essence is that it’s about the withdrawal time.
b) attention from whom? Because this is a community of users. So if you seek attention of some officials or support, you won’t receive it here.
c) Support tickets are never closed by bunq, except you don’t go through the chatbot (this will close the ticket after some time by itself) or you open a new ticket right away. Then your first one will be closed as you can only have one ticket at a time.

Markus Well, mines are closed. If you read the whole thread you can see that there are some other people with closed tickets as well. I don’t seek attention for myself but sharing my experience with other users which a community is supposed to be. Sharing your experience with other peole. I can understand that you are moderating this thread and find this a bit aggressive. I just really don’t want anybody to use this feature before it’s ready to use or well supported. Anyway, have it your way.

Suha I don’t see where my tone was „aggressive“. I even expressed that I can understand your frustration. I read your thread also with interest but personally it is as I said: I don’t think it’s helpful to post every few days the same status report. If you like so, do it. I didn’t delete your comment or thread, just expressed my opinion. As you said: that’s what the community is for. I also posted my experience with the investment feature. As you see, there are different experiences and as it’s in beta it is obviously that there will be bugs. Sad that you are one of the users experiencing one, but if you are patient and contact support they will probably solve your issue even if it takes time, because I personally never had a ticket closed or not solved by support :)

This means that, if you were one of the few users experiencing issues withdrawing funds from your Easy Investments account, these have now been solved. As before, it will take about 7-8 working days for Birdee to fully process the withdrawal of your funds. This is because transferring funds from your Easy Investments account requires Birdee to sell your stocks.

We'll keep you and all other Easy Investments Beta users posted on any future developments as we continue making this the best way to put your money to work.
