  • Auto Accept 3DSecure does not work anymore.

Hello after writing with the support for 1 and a half day where i couldnt get a solution i wanted to share my problem here.

I added Nike to my auto 3DS accept merchant list.
The auto accept function worked always super great, but 2 days ago
it looked like it does not work anymore.

The support of course thought the problem was with my settings. But after proving and showing them all my settings it was clear that it was not the problem.
It was ether a problem with the app or with Nike.

My card limit was at 20000€
My Auto Accept limit for Nike was not even set
My daily limit was at 50000€
And the item did only cost 249€

I did test it very often with other merchants and methods.
When i buy directly with my bunq credit card a item from Nike
i get a 3DS request and it will not be accepted automatically.
BUT when i pay trough PayPal with the SAME bunq VCC the payment
gets auto accepted!

Yesterday i also had this problem with other merchants, but today it only
seems to affect Nike.

The auto accept feature is very important for me and its one of the only reasons i changed my account to you guys.

Would be great if i could help. I dont know if my account got flagged because i get that many requests? Or if its a bug from the app.

It would be great to get some answers.

If you've enabled auto-accept but you're nevertheless experiencing issues when paying at Nike, please do open a support ticket and we'll be sure to investigate the case and report it to our developers, if needed 🙏

                i have the same problem with openai. I cannot purchase a subscription from them because the card blocks transactions and I cannot approve it myself

                          It's also not possible anymore to pay Namecheap with bunq as it's saying the same error about 3DS Secure. Auto Accepting Namecheap doesn't work either. My last payment to Namecheap on Nov 27 '23 went through, now I had to use Revolut -- which went through
