  • History of chats with support

It used to be able to go through previous chats with support, now I can’t seem to find a way to do that. Anyone know if it’s still possibile or if it’s one of those things that disappears silently?

I think it’s important to have access to our chats with the guides if we want to go though an issue we already resolved through support.

      Yes but with that there is also all the other activities related to payments, prizes etc. I would like to have a page in the support where you would be able to start a new chat or just consult the history

        @thends#276813 since the last update it’s possible now to access support chat history by typing “support” in the search field, that’ll point you to all support chats

          Exactly! You can now check your previous tickets if you go to Profile and then click on Support Center 🤩 Let us know what you think of this improvement 👀

              I'm still missing a search function to quickly find a discussion in any support ticket, open or closed, and would also want to re-open a ticket for an issue that was promised to be fixed soon but wasn't. When there are multiple chats open, you don't know their topics as you cannot name them and don't even see a ticket number.
