My salary is didn't reflect in my account
Please can someone tell me what to do, because I have contacted bunq bank they said the money is there but I can found it

        I sent money to a friend and it's showing me arrived, but he did not receive the money from yesterday till now. What is going on?

          It's possible the receiving bank hasn't processed the payment yet, or it's on hold from their side. The recipient can ask their bank to look into that. To help your friend on this process, you can follow the steps found here in order to provide them with a transaction statement as proof of payment πŸ™Œ

              En een Sepa betaling die op 31 mei om 18.14 is gedaan, wanneer zou deze moeten (zijn) aangekomen?
              De ontvangende bank zegt dat BUNQ een onderzoek moet starten. Dat zij dat als ontvangende bank niet kunnen.

                @New-Denim-Gorilla-4124717039#278460 Die had waarschijnlijk donderdag of vrijdag binnen moeten komen. Als de betaling maandag nog niet binnenkomt, kan je inderdaad een onderzoek starten.

                  Klopt het dat Bunq zegt dat je een transactie pdf moet sturen naar de ontvangende bank? Want de ontvangende bank zegt dat Bunq een onderzoek moet instellen. Kastje naar de muur verhaal vooralsnog.

                    @New-Denim-Gorilla-4124717039#278464 Meestal is het inderdaad de ontvangende bank die een onderzoek moet doen. Zodra een betaling het systeem van de verzendende bank verlaten heeft, kan alleen de ontvangende bank de betaling nog terugvinden. De ontvangende bank heeft dan de "transaction id" nodig.

                      Ik heb nu vrijdag en heden ochtend om de transaction id gevraagd bij bunq support maar krijg tot op heden geen antwoord. Kan ik op een andere manier met hun in contact komen?

                          I have had a similar issue. End of May I was my student grant from DUO to reach my account but uptil now have not received anything and have not heard from anyone. I have reached out through multiple channels but no one has reached out since 2 weeks ago. Can you please get back to me ASAP.

                                It's possible that the transaction was processed as a regular SEPA payment instead, due to a possible issue, that take 1 or 2 business days to arrive in your account. Rest assured, we process a payment and deposit it into your account, as soon as we receive it πŸš€
                                If the funds are not with you until the end of the day today, please proceed with opening a payment investigation from the app πŸ™

                                  I sent my girlfriend who is at ING two payment requests, she paid them both but I never received the money... Then I asked for a investigation in the BUNQ app and did not get a reply.. How do I get my money back to my account. I can see the payment request is paid but it went to a different account or something which is not the same a the account number from my account...
