    Ik wacht als sinds februari/maart op echte antwoorden van support, en foutloos documenten toevoegen bij het aangaan van buisiness-account.

    Ook krijg je automatische vragen, die geen enkele relevantie hebben voor onze situatie.
    Die je niet kan omzeilen.
    Support vragen zijn traag, en er zijn slechts enkele die de nederlandse situatie kennen.

    Een stichting met 1 bestuurder, statuten, anbi status, UBO register die over wil stappen van ING naar bung duurt maanden. En dat weigeren ze ook nog een keer.

        Ik ben momenteel al sinds 7 april aan het wachten, dat terwijl er maximaal 6 dagen wachttijd is afgegeven. Herhaaldelijk in de chat gevraagd om een tussentijdse terugkoppeling, maar enige reactie blijft uit. Nu zojuist via een nieuwe chat aangevraagd een reactie te geven wordt er nu 11 dagen wachttijd teruggekoppeld. Is er iets aan de hand? Enige dat ik bereik via de sos-lijn is weer een nieuwe chat.

          @nduijvelshoff#292106 Stuur ze een DM op Twitter met de vraag of ze jouw Ticket even willen bekijken, dat werkt bij mij altijd :-)

                    @Partydoos#292114 they will not say it but customer support is not their priority. Just facts it’s a beta bot that your first interaction and then you need to wait 1/2 weeks for an answer.
                    I still don’t get why a company that handle your money thinks support is not a priority. I left curve for that reason.

                          Bunq heeft erg veel nieuwe klanten erbij gekregen afgelopen periode πŸŽ‰, geef het een jaar en de wachttijden zijn weer β€˜normaal’. Mensen opleiden kost tijd.

                            Also, opened now ticket about bank transfer and again shows waiting time 6 days! That's insane waiting time for 9,99 EUR per month plan...

                              Same here, 6 days waiting time.... paying 20 euros a month for an account with my wife.

                                In the end, I decided to close my bunq account a few days ago, since now Revolut IBAN now supports the Belastingdienst and Tikkie app. Also, my SEPA payments to the businesses getting executed much faster compare with ING and Bunq.

                                  Still no change, even after the promise of improvement after the debacle in The Netherlands. Still waiting for over a week now, with just a response from a chatbot that does not help me with my problem at all (which infuriates me even more). Please fix this issue. I don't mind waiting a day or two, maybe even three, but 8 days without even a human response explaining the situation behind the scenes and maybe giving an update for waiting times is just plain bad.
