• Payday amount lower than last week

Today my wife received her part of the interest on our joined savings account, but the amount is lower than last week while the total amount hasn't been changed...I believe this happened before with other users. How will this be solved?

Hello Marcel πŸ‘‹ Thanks for reaching out, we understand how frustrating it can be not to receive the interest entirely. We're aware of a similar bug πŸ› and we are actively working on solving it as soon as possible, so you can receive the correct payment.

Thank you for your patience πŸ™

I have the same issue. I am already waiting for 7 days now to receive an answer on this. I’ve asked the question in Bunq app. Only response I got was an auto reply that I receive an answer within one day! It is now day 7 and no response at all. Now I see in Together that I am not the only one. I am awaiting today is my payday if it is fixed. But let me know something Bunq!

@Pieter68#281684 Hi Pieter πŸ‘‹ Thanks for getting in touch with us about this! You are correct that there was a small Payday mishap that had to be corrected, where users with a Payday on 16-08-2023 received one day's too little interest. Fortunately, the discrepancy was corrected and you were paid out the difference owed that same day. Support will contact you shortly to verify the details of the corrective payment. Thanks again and have a lovely day 🌈

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. My interest is lowering for the past 3 weeks now. I'm also unable to ask this question in to support. It seems and error occurs everytime I add a "?" to my question.

Hey @New-Peach-Chameleon-303675762#297486 πŸ‘‹ Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I'd love to clarify why that's the case.

The rates we offer are closely linked to those set by the European Central Bank, which regularly adjusts them. Accordingly, we've recently lowered our base interest rate to 2.01%. You can still earn a bonus interest rate of 3.36% for all your extra savings!

@Maya-Maya#297487 hello, yes i am aware of that and I think the new rates have been implemented for a couple of months now. It is strange that the past 3 times my interest was lower each week than the week before.
