I moved from the Netherlands to France. Hence, I want to change my address to the new address in France. However, the app says "You must be in your country of residence to change your address. Enable location permissions or try again when you get back home."
Location permission is turned on, so I guess the issue is that I am in the wrong country. Can I only change my address to another country when I am in the OLD country of residence and not in my NEW country of residence? That would be quite inconvenient, as I won't be returning to the Netherlands anytime soon. And my employer needs an RIB from Bunq with my French address on it.
Any ideas? Or can someone from support help me?
