Hi,
The Iphone of my son broke down, he has a new one but is having a very hard time switching to the new phone. he enters his login and pin in the app, all fine and is then asked for "additional verification" . Here', there's an option to verify via a bank transaction (how is that even possible if you cannot get into the app ???) of course, this option does not work. He then does verification by passport/ID , takes the photo and the apps says all good, we are verifying you're id (or something like that) , it should takes couple of minutes.
Waited for 3 hours, stil nothing happens...
This is not working, why is this such a struggle for a highly automated bank ? there's better ways do to this... (send an sms or something if additional factor is required for new phone)
As of now, he still can't use Bunq and the struggle continues, already lasting 4 days...
