• Cannot find button to add external bank account

Hi! Anyone found the button to add an external bank account on iOS? I’m not able to find it in the Add - Add bank account menu.

    Adding external bank accounts is currently possible for our Dutch, German, and French users. This service is currently available with certain banks in Germany and France. If you’re a Dutch resident, you can use this feature with all Dutch banks. bunq is actively working to expand this service to more banks in these countries and others 🚀

    You can follow these steps to add an external bank account:

    1. Go to 🏠 Home tab
    2. Tap on 🟣 + Add
    3. Click on 🟢 Add a Bank Account
    4. Tap “External Bank Account”
    5. Choose your bank
    6. Done ✅

      Updated the app. It is set to German and I got a German account. However, there is not the button to add an external bank account.

        Can confirm the button isn't there. I have a Dutch account and I'm on the latest version (Update 25)

          I followed the instructions indeed, the button is not available with the new update.

              Edit: but ING is giving an error, most definitely on ING's end.
              Edit 2: ING fixed their stuff now
