As far as I know, there's nothing you can do but wait

    I believe there is nothing you can do but to wait before you get an reply from support.

    When I transfer money, I make sure I spread it across multiple days, if I do not need the money somewhere else urgently. I've not had an issue that way. It sucks, but it worked for me.

    I hope you get an reply as soon as possible.

          Same for me, suddenly transfer within sub account takes one day… which is not that bad but at the era of direct transfer a bit strange… nothing to do with except moving to another bank for fast transfer

            It has now been 18 days without any reaction from bunq.
            I'm starting to get really worried.
