Hi everyone,
I’m currently stuck in a frustrating situation with bunq and could really use your help. About ten days ago, I initiated a large transfer between my children’s accounts (both with bunq). For security reasons, bunq has put the transaction on hold for review.
Immediately after being contacted by bunq, I provided all the required information. I was assured that the review would be completed within 48 hours. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any response, and the money has still not been released.
The lack of communication from bunq and the ongoing delay of the transfer are extremely frustrating. Has anyone here had similar experiences with bunq? What can I do to expedite the processing of my transaction?
