happened to me too. Friends transferred €1000 to my bunq account and as a result their RABO account was blocked. after inquiries the bank said: It was a nice round sum to a bunq account. that is suspicious. it is more than weird.
thanks. that helps a lot. now can I change a -not savings account- into a "savings account". or should I open a new savings account and delete the old account.
I have an account with various sub accounts and also one Canadian $ account. some of the sub accounts are set up as savings accounts, for other accounts I don't know.
Where and how can I see if an account is elegible for mass interest or not
@J-at-bunq#213400 Blijkbaar was de betaling in januari de laatste van een serie. Vandaar dat ik geen toekomstige betalingen kon vinden. Dank voor de hulp
Well, I want to stop a automatic payment but with the new App I don't see the things above.
I open de app and go to the respective account.
There I see two lines, one line with the last transaction and another line, looking like a planning
If I open the last transaction there is nothing like a planning, also in the second line (without an amount) there is noting to see where i can stop the recurring payment.
please help
I found a not verified post dating about a year ago about the G-account saying that it was not on the roadmap.
But this account type is a necessity for all businesses that supply temps. Chain liability act.
Any change on this topic?
Hi all, to be sure about the switch service I have two questions
1) where do I find a form to be filled in to start a Switch service from my current bank to my Bunq accounts
2) is my understanding correct (from other posts) that for a joint account, (at other side and at Bunq side) Switch service is not available.
if 2) is true, that is a serious setback. I have to inform all parties with SEPA incasso rights individually of my change. that is a lot of work.
Maybe bunq can compensate us switchers with a longer free of charge period ;-)
