@Bungaree#243598 Usually is not all time. This is not facebook or something where u can wait almost week for reply. This is bank, something where these services should have been on some level. It’s all about money, I’m paying for bank account and I get nothing compared to other banks. Not even reply for my very easy request.

@thijsoost#243246 They told me it’s anti money laundering rule. That if I request withdrawal once with NL IBAN I need to request all the time with iban from same country.

@Jakob-Y#243239 Company don’t want to send it to another country IBAN. I don’t know what’s so hard to understand. Also there is nobody on support that could answer me for the whole day.

I have problem and trying to contact with them but it’s like going to wild to look for unicorns.

I need to have same IBAN to receive this payments which I’m waiting for. So creating sub account is not option for me.

They adviced me to upgrade plan, not to create sub account.

I couldn’t receive money in other currency (usd) so they adviced me to upgrade plan to 8.99€ per month and I will be able to get payments in other currency. I did it and the same problem occurs. They are just lying and nobody want to speak with you if there is problem of any kind.
