How can I add money to my bunq account with a credit or debit card?

As most of you know, here at bunq we offer you several top up options. Now we offer you the possibility to do so with a Credit or Debit card 🙌

There are a few things to bear in mind before you try to top up with your Credit/Debit card:

There's a fee of 0.5% for EEA cards
You can use a Visa or Mastercard from these countries. Only personal cards are accepted, not business/company cards
Easy Bank Pro XL, Easy Bank Pro, Easy Bank and Easy Savings users get €500 free in card top ups per calendar month

How can I top up my account using my card?

Go to 🏠 Home tab
Tap on Add Money
Select the account
Select Credit or Debit Card
Fill in your card number, expiry date and CVC
Tap on Next

What cards are supported?

For euro accounts, we currently only support cards that originate from the EU. We're working on improving this coverage to allow cards from other countries to be used! If your country isn’t supported yet, no worries! You can always top up your bunq account using a bank transfer, iDEAL, Instant Bank Transfer or TransferWise!
