With AutoExport, you'll never waste time exporting and sending statements to your accountant. Your bunq app will take care of it for you. Every month, automatically.
How do I enable Auto Export Statement?
Click here or follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to the Profile tab
- Go to Accounting
- Go to 🔵 Auto export statements
- Follow the flow ✨
While enabling you need to:
- choose the person you want to share the statement with from your contacts
- choose for which Bank Accounts (IBANs) you want a statement to be sent
- decide if you want to secure the statements with a password
How do I disable Auto Export Statement?
- Go to the Profile tab
- Go to Accounting
- Go to 🔵 Auto export statements
- Select "Disable Auto Export"
- You get a confirmation window, select "Disable"
- All done 👍
Who can use this feature?
This feature can be used by all our bunq Free Business, bunq Core Business, bunq Pro Business, and bunq Elite Business users with verified accounts.
FAQs
When will I get my AutoExport?
No extra time from your side is needed. A statement will automatically be sent to your bookkeeper on the 1st of every month.
What are the costs?
The costs are already included in the payment costs.
I forgot the password, how do I open the zip file?
You can view the password in the app. When you go to the Profile tab > Go to Accounting > tap on 🔵 Auto export statements > select 🟢 Password you can select or change the password for your Auto Exported statements.
Good to know
- This feature will send a zip file with the statements of the selected accounts on every 1st day of the month.
- It'll contain all the transactions for the previous month.
- The users can choose to protect their statements. In this case they can choose a password (at least 5 characters)
- The email will have a zip file with a statement per Bank Account.
