For countries within EU 🇪🇺

  • An EU plastic Driver's license (our partner Incode does not accept paper driver's licenses)
  • ID cards. For our Italian users: only the plastic ID card is allowed*.
  • Residence permits: *Valid EU residence permit cards are accepted, but the document provided should be still valid and not expired. The endorsement sticker is not accepted.
  • Passports

Please note: For users in Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Denmark 🇩🇰, Greece 🇬🇷 , Ireland 🇮🇪, Romania 🇷🇴, and Slovakia 🇸🇰 ID cards aren't accepted. Please provide your passport or driver's license. We also don’t accept 🇮🇪 Irish Learner Permits or Passport Cards.

For non-EU countries

You'll receive an in-app announcement with further instructions on how to provide the required document. Keep in mind to provide both sides of the residence permit so that we can verify your account faster.
