Insights is a core feature of the app, it’s also well built and it’s great that we can choose sub accounts. However… not showing corrected expenses under the right category makes the whole feature useless.
I have already mentioned the bug to support, let’s hope that the devs have some time for this, now that the new update is out of the way

By the way, I’d like to suggest 2 features:

• a bar graph with the monthly expenses for a given category
• average monthly expense per category

Continues to be a problem for me as well. Insights is important to get solved imo.

I have the same problem. One of the main reasons I use Bunq is due to this feature. But it is becoming Bunq useless for me.

I also have this issue, it's true that it is annoying. What worries me is that this was initially reported 19 months ago, it's an obvious bug that super shallow QA should catch. Makes you wonder how well tested and maintained the app actually is beneath the layer of constant new bells and whistles.

I also have the issue that changing the category doesn’t refresh the overview. This has been happening for a very long time and it also worries me that bunq isn’t able to solve this properly in a year’s time…

I'm also experiencing this issue and echo others on how important this feature is. If this doesn't get fixed soon, it's a real reason for me to look for other solutions elsewhere as it's critical part of my use of Bunq.

I am having this problem as well. I found that it happens with all transactions, where I had to adjust the category after the transaction was registered. One transaction from last month was displayed correctly after the last update to version 20, yet all others were not.

I have the same issue. It used to work, then only with a slight delay, then only after 24 h or so. Now it doesn’t work altogether. Hope this gets fixed soon as this is one of the core features that I use for my insights and budgeting as well.

This seems to be fixed, at least on my app. Did you also notice it?

The bug 🐞looks like is fixed. On my nun App (🍏 iOS) I see all in place now after category changes.
Also the Budget overview reflect the correct assignments. Both Insight and Budget work now ✅

La synchronisation avec Bankin n’est pas opérationnelle. Svp pourriez vous corriger cela ?
J’ai enregistré un ticket au service Bankin.
Car vraiment la partie statistiques et budget de bunq n’est pas usuel, fiable (beaucoup de bug), pas ou mal synchronisé entre les joints, et en plus moche ( aspect et couleur de la barre de progression) mais encore il manque le solde restant par catégorie de budget (il est noté seulement le solde restant de toutes les catégories et non par catégorie). Seul le montant budgétisés et le montant dépensé est présent actuellement.

@Gianguig#242737 hi, why do you assume this bug is fixed? Was there a report stating the bug fix? I experience still the same issue the reporter has described. Btw I’m also using the iOS app in version 22.3.0 (6th April 23).

The same problem for me; I reported this, and they will work on it.
The funny thing, it looks like it appears with a shared account.

My girlfriend asked me to join the shared account; when she updates a transaction, it will also update in the insights. When I did it for the shared account, the transaction changed but not in the insights tab. Very weird, and I assume that it has something to do with the ''main'' owner of the account, e.q. the organiser of the shared history.

Does this make sense to someone?
