@AMSharif#268407 I assume those stores have applied for Paysafecash, they haven't magically appeared on the Paysafecash website. If you found a location that doesn't support Paysafecash, please contact Paysafecash so they can remove the location from their website.

@AMSharif#268407 Easy explanation, really: The shops make contracts with payment service providers that bundle a lot of different services. Contractually, they're now able to and should sell Paysafecash, therefore they get listed on their website. The shops however don't really know what they have bought or signed up to in detail in many situations (for example, the reason why they signed up was because they wanted to sell phone cards etc.) and then you already know what happens when a customer comes in and asks for Paysafecash.

Who is at fault? You can decide by yourself. Is any scam happening? No. Nobody is getting scammed out of their money here... I guess maybe Paysafe is, because they provide a system to shops that they do not properly use, but no user at least.

Any luck in the hague? Just went to Corefix for a deposit as naive as I was asked the guy for deposit through paysafecash and all the guy said was that some dude apparently registered on their address and he had no idea about whatever paysafecash was... just found out that this is basically standard procedure at all the "authorized paysafecash service providers"

I think that there is no Paysafecash point in the Hague or in the Netherlands. I don't know why Bunq offers it as a solution, when clearly, those shops either do not offer the service or they used to offer it, but don't do it anymore. The Paysafecash map is old and not updated, most of the shops don't exist anymore. Can't Bunq offer a reliable and accessible options with another company or bank?

@sotirios-Black-Moose#284817 All the shops are not accepting paysafecash and have had more people visiting for the same while they have no idea what is going on. You guys offer a way to top up cash that practically does not work. This should be an issue.

in zowel amsterdam als zaandam helemaal niks. ik heb dit al meerdere keren aan paysafe doorgegeven maar
de locaties blijven op de website staan. ik heb inmiddels al weer een rekening bij de abn amro geopend om geld te kunnen storten, sluit niet uit dat we weer weggaan bij bunq , het woord wel een probleem bij ons.

@Jamezs#288511 agreed been to over 34 locations in and out of the city centre and still no one—- some have even tried to add it to there system even and couldn’t.
