Non capisco nulla dalla vostra app di cui funziona e ho visto che ci sono tanti pagamenti da €12 da €7 di qua e di là allora io preferisco chiudere una volta per sempre questo conto e grazie mille non si può neanche avere agevolazione su qualcosa neanche la carta di credito deve anche pagarla Allora niente non faccio nulla e voglio chiedere il conto Una volta per tutta

Saida Hi Saida! The bunq app is not like your traditional bank app, but has many more features! Here you can find some answers to frequently asked questions. Bunq has four different plans:

Easy Savings: €0/month
Easy Bank: €2,99/month
Easy Money: €8,99/month
Easy Green: €17,99/month

You can find the differences between the plans here. You can always see your costs and change your plan in the settings. Of course you can also close your account, following the links GG provided, in case you decide you no longer want to use bunq.

The bunq Mastercard indeed doesn't have a chargeback to get money back when using your card to buy things. This is something that's generally used by American creditcards, but not so much in Europe.
