Additional monetary accounts are billed mounthly or once? How to quit this subscription ?

It’s so stupid to get a bill without to know for what.

    @New-Mango-Okapi-2681838764#257303 Hi! You're probably using the Easy Savings or Easy Bank account. You opened a second sub-account, that's why you were billed. As you can see on bunq.com/benefits those plans are limited to 1 sub-account. If you close your extra sub-accounts so that 1 remains, billing will stop. The Easy Money and Easy Green plans have 25 IBANs included. You can contact bunq support if you want to ask for a refund!

        @New-Mango-Okapi-2681838764#257307 Yes, it is monthly. If you want more than one sub-accounts, it's way cheaper to go for the Easy Money plan (€8,99/month).

          Pls help me to close the additional account, I don’t want use it i never want it.

            I already closed all the unnecessary accounts, but the billing address is stil negative even i never used it.

              I also stumbled across the same thing during my Easy Bank Trial. It really feels a bit like scam, as I am unable to find any reference for the additional 19 Euros for 25 additional IBANs in combination with Easy Bank. As per "Consumers / Business Pricing" PDF [1], I expect that "N/A" translates to "not possible to create more than one extra account". Yes, the row is describing "additional 25 IBANs" but where is the price for the "initial 25 IBANs" for Easy Bank accounts? Please let me know.

              I switched to Easy Money anyway, as I want to share several joint accounts. I initially thought only the "creator" of the joint account will be billed accordingly to the sub-account rules. Now the 19 Euros got refunded.

              Please, dear bunq team, this just does not feel right. Fix the PDF or create a hard-limit for sub-accounts on Easy Bank. At least issue a warning before charging 19 Euros per month!

                I have the same issue for 3months now. Cant fix it

                  @New-Taupe-Tiger-739806307#257339 Agreed, the „N/A“ thing should get fixed or just make it impossible to have additional accounts as Easy Bank member. After all, it never really makes sense to spend 20 Euro extra because you could just upgrade to Easy Money or Easy Green which both would be cheaper.

                  I can tell you that when you are on Easy Money/Easy Green and you create a 26th account there is also no warning. This would be great if it could be added, because not everyone is even reading the pricing list in detail.
