Hi, ik weet niet hoe ik easy green uit kan zetten. Jullie maken dingen lastig

    Mijn abonnement staat ineens op easy green dit wil ik helemaal niet en heb ik ook niet aangevraagd
    Ik wil gewoon easy safe terug en de kosten wil ik ook terug gestort krijgen

      Als je de Easy Green kosten gerestitueerd wilt krijgen, moet je binnen 24 uur contact opnemen met bunq.

          Tot mijn verbazing zie ik dat er vandaag een bedrag van €17,99 van mijn Bunq rekening is afgeschreven, en er een Easy Green abonnement is gestart per vandaag. Dit wil ik niet. Ik wil jullie verzoeken om dit bedrag terug te storten en mijn abonnement weer om te zetten naar het gratis account van Easy Savings.

                      Er is ineens tot mijn verbazin 17,99 euro afgeschreven van mijn account voor easy green terwijl ik dit absoluut niet wil. Ik wil het geld terug op mijn account en het account omzetten naar het gratis account van easy savings.
