I have had three attempted unauthorized transactions on one of my accounts in the last two weeks. I blocked one of the cards they attempted using but can't block the last one they attempted to utilize because it's my Business account.
I contact BUNQ, "chat" with a bot (useless) or get a "We will reach out to you within 6 days " message -- all this while someone is trying to access my account. 6 days pass...no response.
Where are the humans at Bunq making sure the little things like our bank accounts are secure ?
This is pretty scary stuff.
