• Bunq Support is awful or nonexistent!

I have had three attempted unauthorized transactions on one of my accounts in the last two weeks. I blocked one of the cards they attempted using but can't block the last one they attempted to utilize because it's my Business account.
I contact BUNQ, "chat" with a bot (useless) or get a "We will reach out to you within 6 days " message -- all this while someone is trying to access my account. 6 days pass...no response.
Where are the humans at Bunq making sure the little things like our bank accounts are secure ?
This is pretty scary stuff.

        @alice-lime-puma#291881 Strange enough, it's no longer possible to freeze cards. Only to block them entirely

        EDIT: Never mind, the freeze option is still there after tapping the "Block card" button!

          @New-Lime-Whale-2196108128#291855 Man muss auch mal gutes Berichten. Der Support hat sich meiner Sache angenommen und die Zahlung ist mittlerweile angekommen. Aber die Bearbeitungszeit von 12 Tagen ist einfach zu lange.
