- You will receive your card in the mail within 10 business days.
- You can check your estimated delivery date within the app.
Please keep in mind that we don't offer speed or expedited delivery (even for an extra cost).
When will my card arrive?
You can check the estimated delivery date of your card within the app. Check out the steps below to see how:
- Go to the 🏠 Home tab
- Select the ordered card
- Check its status and the expected delivery date
Your card hasn't arrived?
As an Easy Bank Pro or Easy Bank Pro XL user you get one free card replacement each year and can request as many card replacements as you'd like. This applies to cards that:
- Have not arrived within 2 weeks. You can check your estimated delivery date in the app to confirm this.
- The delivery address provided was incorrect.
- May have gotten some extra wear and tear.
If your card doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, make sure to double-check that your address is correct. If you confirm that your address is correct, you should then order a replacement. Keep in mind that you receive 1 free card replacement per year.
How can I change my address?
To change your address, follow the steps mentioned bellow:
- Go to 👤 Profile
- Tap on Personal Information
- Change the details
- Edit or update information accordingly.
- Select Done
Already used your 1 free card replacement?
Anything over the one free replacement per year will cost €9.99 to account for production costs. You can find more information in our pricing doc here.
