  • Insights is showing incorrect numbers. Payments to IBAN and payments at fuel stations are shown twice; also the total does not correspond with the underlying shown payments. This makes the insights/budget feature useless for me

    • Since last update I have an issue with insights showing the wrong payments or payments double.

      Further the new budget feature doesn’t work well; also showing wrong figures and settings is not working. This the 4th topic I‘m mentioning it in the hope it is read by someone able to put it under the attention.

      • I have the same issue

        • At the moment I face three issues with new budget feature:

          1. I cannot open the settings; it keeps loading
          2. Wrong amounts are shown for the categories. The totals does not represent the underlying the transactions in that category
          3. I would like to change the start date like with insights

          Anyone else facing these issues?

          • I also have the problem. Often other accounts are also considered in insights while I have only selected a single account. After selecting and deselecting, it works again.

            • For budgeting I would like to be able to change the start date of the month; just like we can with insights. I am not able to open the setting within the budgeting page.

              • Very nice update 👍.
                However the app seems to crash very often for me.

                • I have the same issue; but nothing to do with +1. At least for me.

                  • It was the plan al along to remove the joint account. Probably as you don’t find it profitable enough.

                    That’s also the reason why in the Poll it was “a membership like Joint for example”. The poll was just a way to put a nice bow on it and shove it down our throat.

                    I’ll await coming month to see if there will be a rollback. Otherwise I am afraid I have to leave Bunq.

                      • Is dit opgelost? Hoe? Ook ik heb een uitnodiging gestuurd naar mijn partner voor een joint account. Maar dat verzoek leidt alleen tot het downloaden van de app. En vervolgens moet ze zelf een account aanmaken, maar geen optie om daarbij mijn joint verzoek te accepteren.

                        • Ik heb hetzelfde probleem gehad in Marokko met een huurauto. Gelukkig konden Bunq medewerkers me na 30 dagen wel helpen met de restitutie. Maar jammer dat het niet automatisch na 30 dagen wordt vrijgegeven.
