@Meester-Kevin#111924 Vielleicht ein Problem mit 3D Secure?

@Meester-Kevin#111924 have you reported this already to the Support chat πŸ’¬? They might be able to contact Shopify about this. πŸ™‚πŸ‘

@Sander#111940 Not yet. First trying to figure out if it is common or just my situation.

It’s not just shopify, it’s stripe in general they block every bunq card

          Hi @Meester-Kevin#111924 πŸ‘‹

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the bunq card. Quick question, were you using the old Travel Card with the old BIN, or the new Travel Card? Or was it the bunq Debit Mastercard?

We would love to get to the bottom of this, so any information you can provide would be helpful. Also, feel free to contact support if you'd prefer to share this information outside of the Together forum πŸ˜„

@mdekker#112163 I’ve tried Travel Card, Debit Mastercard and even Online Mastercards.
            All with the same results.

@mdekker#113912 @Neihana Maybe the card_country validation fails because the BIN database of Stripe is not yet up-to-date ?
For example Buckaroo also stil thinks that the Travel Card is an US card.

@Meester-Kevin#113984 Thanks for the quick response! I will follow up with Stripe and update you when I know more. Again, apologies for these issues with your bunq cards!

@Bastiaan That could be the case, Mastercard has recently released (as of June) an official BIN directory, so let's see if we can get Stripe (and other companies) to stay up to date 😁

@mdekker#114012 Thanks for all the effort you are putting in this matter.

Do you know if a previous high risk evaluation can be linked to a shipping address, email address or IP address resulting in a continuation of denial even if you switched to the new Travel Card for payments?
