Sometimes during your verification or later on during your bunq experience, we may request some additional documents to verify your account or confirm your account’s activity. In order for our team to fully activate your account, we’ve made it simply for you to provide us the documents fast and easy.

How can I upload documents through the app?
- Open the app
- Go to 👤 Profile
- Check the newly appeared section “Awaiting Events”
- Click on the Awaiting Event
- Attach the documents needed during the flow
- We’ll review and activate your account as soon as possible 🚀
If you’ve missed the event, you can provide us with the relevant documents by contacting us following the steps mentioned here. To attach a document in a Support ticket, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Tap on 🟠 Tell us more
- Select 🔵 Send an attachment
I submitted my documents but my account is still not active. What should I do?
In case you’ve submitted your documents and your account is still not active after 2 business days, you can contact us through our Support Center and our relevant department will check and assist you further.
