Taking public transportation has never been easier, as you can now pay using your bunq card.
How does it work?
To pay with your card, you just need to tap it on the terminal in the bus, tram or metro, or at stations.
When will I be billed for my travel?
The billing process might take some time to be processed by our partner Translink and you might get billed around midnight. However, sometimes the process is instant 🚀
Translink is a cooperative between all transport companies in the Netherlands, working on the provision of an easy and convenient way to pay for your public transport.
Good to know
If a payment gets declined because of insufficient balance, Translink will blacklist the card used until your travel gets repaid within 48 hours.
