      As soon as you send a payment from your bunq account, we process it immediately and send it to the receiving bank. However, it can take a couple of days for the payment to be processed into the receiving bank account. 🏦

      When you make a payment, an estimated arrival time is displayed within your payment confirmation screen. This can give you a good idea of when the payment should arrive.

        I am having the same problem as Coen. Last month's payment was successfully transferred to this merchant. Now it keeps getting declined. The limit is set above the amount of the payment and there is enough money. How to fix this?

          Thanks for reaching out! I understand you're struggling to make a payment due to a merchant limit. I've checked on your account and I see that you have the merchant in question set to auto accept on your Business account, but that the amount you're trying to pay exceeds the limit set. Please raise the limit saved for the merchant in your settings! You can find out how, here πŸ™Œ Also, as you only have the merchant saved to auto accept on your Business account, please make sure this is where you're trying to make the payment from, or add the merchant to the list of auto accepted merchants for your Personal account, too 🌈
