  • Over the last few days I've encountered multiple errors in the app, I've notified bunq of this but I either get no response or a response after days that they will try to fix it.

    This is a banking app, I expect to be able to cancel an automatic payment and also expect to be able to accept a request without any errors...

    • Still an issue! Fix this bug, battery drains like crazy if you don't force close bunq....

      • I see you've updated the app so the images we had set up for accounts are back. However you made them backgrounds which makes all my account balances disappear because I had light images and the text is also light....

        Would have been better if you just hadn't updated this.

        • Nice calculation and clarification. However this does not mean you are co2 free, you still produce co2, you are just off-setting it...

          You're ad and text are very misleading this way.

          It would be a lot better to not fly anymore for example or to not drive a car.

          • I think it's a very misleading claim and probably not even legal by Dutch ad standards. I mean if you think about it in this example:
            Let me buy gas for my SUV for 2 years using the green card... That doesn't make the gas green or make my life CO2 free.

            It's called off-setting your CO2 for a reason. It's just to compensate.

            I do think it's a nice idea and easy way to make your life/expenses greener. But I also think it's a prime example of greenwashing and misleading people into thinking they are saving the world.

            • Maybe bunq should focus their time on improving key features of the app instead of adding features that apparently nobody wants, especially your loyal customer base
