@Polderdijk#39325 We both have an iPhone X, so that can’t be the problem. Also tested with the ‘old’ iPhone 7, same issue. Fact is that it’s just sooo annoying to recommend bunq to someone and then find out that the app won’t let you access your money because of a glitchy hand recognition function 😉

@Tim#39287 Trust me, we've tried that for at least 10 times. The initial setup always works, confirms the hand, but after that, I just won't validate the scan. Even against white/black/blue/green/whatever backgrounds, we've tried everything.

Hand scan is such a weird function, for me it works absolutely flawless, for my girlfriend, whatever we try, it always fails. This is the only reason she's not Bunq'ing at this moment :(

Ooh, this would be absolutely great for business accounts. I can’t even count the number of receipts i’ve lost this year! Maybe even a forced push message when a payment has been made with a specific account so you are forced to take a picture?

+1 hier ook combi Knab/Bunq.. Wat is de reden dat dit nog niet mogelijk is?

Thought it was just my OCD, but luckily other people are having the same problems :) The upside-down logo is the sole reason i’m not taking my Bunq Mastercard with me. I also put my daily cards in my phone case and it feels so annoying to put the card upside down in it.

So please, do not pick ‘it-looks-good-in-a-payment-terminal’ over the way you look at your card most of the time ;)

This is the most stupid update ever, I'm switching between accounts multiple times a day because I'm just carrying one card! These updates are getting worse and worse.
